Delivery terms

Deliveries of orders from the Smart Care online store are made only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via the courier company Speedy.

The delivery price is not included in the price of the products and is calculated upon finalization of the order.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Please provide a valid contact phone number.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are shipped:

- On the same day, if placed by 5:00 PM

- On the next business day, if placed after 5:00 PM

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first business day.

Shipping methods

Delivery to Address
The shipment is delivered to the address you specify within the courier's working hours.

It is recommended that you specify an address where you or an authorized person will be available for collection.

Delivery to a Speedy office

You can choose delivery to a Speedy office, from where you can receive the shipment at a time convenient for you.

Delivery time

After sending, delivery is made within:

- 1 to 2 business days for most settlements

- Deviations are possible for smaller settlements

Payment method

Payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.

Important information

Please check the shipment upon receipt in the presence of the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- incorrectly submitted data

- inability to contact the customer

- delay on the part of the courier company
